Exchange Policy

Our commitment

Each creation is made to order in our Marrakech atelier, with care and exceptional attention to detail.

Exchanges, not returns

Because every piece is made for you, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has started. We do exchange a piece when it does not match the measurements you provided, or when it arrives with a defect or is not the piece you ordered.

Exchange eligibility

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details. The piece must be unworn, unused and in its original condition, with packaging intact.

Exchange process

Once your request is approved you receive return instructions. Every case we exchange is a fault on our side, so we cover the return shipping. As soon as the piece reaches our atelier, we ship the replacement.

Made to your measurements

Every piece can be made to your measurements: send them to us after ordering.
